Rosana Mina-Meza, LPC

My practice  offers outpatient therapy services to children, teens, families and individual adults. I have been in clinical practice for fourteen years in a variety of non-profit and group practice settings. I am a member of the Texas Association for Play Therapy and the Texas Counselor's Association. I am currently a student in the Advanced Training Program for Somatic Transformation, a body centered approach to trauma.

Treatment Focus

I enjoy working with individual adults, teens  and children struggling with PTSD and trauma, anxiety disorders,  and depression. I also have specialized training and experience working with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders. I utilize more traditional forms of talk therapy as well as somatic psychotherapy called Somatic Transformation, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Play Therapy to create a more holistic approach to healing.
